Terms of Service - FastPass Tijuana Pricing - Skip Lines & Save Hours — Fast Pass Tijuana

Terms of Service

By purchasing a FastPass, you agree to the following terms:

  • FastPass Tijuana is a private service. We are not affiliated with any government agency, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, CBP, or any federal, state, or local government entity.
  • One FastPass covers one vehicle and all passengers for a single border crossing on the selected date.
  • Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the date specified at checkout. Once a pass is processed or issued, its crossing date, time, names, vehicle, license plate, passenger details, and all other information cannot be changed, transferred, canceled, reactivated, reissued, credited, or refunded. A change request may only be reviewed before the pass is processed and is not guaranteed; if your plans change after issuance, a new pass is required.
  • You must have valid travel documents (passport, passport card, or equivalent) to cross the US-Mexico border. FastPass does not replace required travel documentation.
  • Delivery: your FastPass concierge plan is delivered within 48 hours; rush delivery within 24 hours of purchase is available.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • FastPass Tijuana reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  • By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

You opt in to SMS only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking form. Providing your phone number by calling, booking, or requesting a quote does NOT by itself enroll you in SMS — the opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to use our services. These are transactional, service-related messages only. Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Program: FastPass Tijuana booking & customer-care SMS.
  • Message types: booking links, order confirmations, crossing reminders, and service follow-ups. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
  • Message frequency: varies by booking activity; typically 1–5 messages per booking.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected] or call 619-478-4900.
  • Privacy: we do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. SMS is delivered via Twilio. See our Privacy Policy.
  • No purchase required: consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Legal entity: FastPass Tijuana is operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC.
