Our Guarantee
If your FastPass does not work, you get your money back. If you present your pass at the border on your scheduled crossing date and it fails to provide priority lane access due to an issue on our end, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
No Refunds
All FastPass purchases are final. Once your pass has been processed, refunds are not available for:
- Passes that were used successfully
- Unused passes (no-shows, change of plans, forgot to cross)
- Buyer changed their mind after purchase
Each FastPass requires processing and payment on our end regardless of whether you use it. Once purchased, that cost is incurred.
Date Changes
Need to change your crossing date? Contact us as early as possible at info@fastpasstijuana.com. We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but there is no guarantee that a change can be made. Date change requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
